These terms are the agreement between you and Ready. They cover your account, the sources you connect, how plans and credits work, and the rules that keep the Service fair and safe for everyone.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ready's website, applications, and services (the "Service"), provided by Ready AI Pte. Ltd. ("Ready", "we", "us"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ready is a radar for the world you care about. You connect sources, and Ready watches them, structures them into a typed map of who and what matters, and tells you when something moves. The Service is provided on an evolving basis — we add, change, and remove features over time.
Ready helps you see and structure information, but it is not professional advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on what the Service surfaces.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information, and let us know promptly at hello@ready.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.
When you connect a source, you represent that you have the right to connect it and to let Ready access its content on your behalf. You remain subject to the terms of each source provider, and you are responsible for any data you bring into the Service.
You can disconnect any source at any time. Our handling of the data from your sources is described in our Privacy Policy.

Ready offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, and Ready credits are consumed as the agent does work on your behalf. Prices and credit allowances are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and handles payments, billing, and refunds.

The Service — including its software, design, and brand — is owned by Ready and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our name, logo, or marks without our permission.
You retain ownership of the content you connect and create. You grant Ready the rights needed to operate the Service for you — to access, process, structure, store, and display your content so we can deliver the intelligence you ask for. We do not claim ownership of your data, and we do not sell it.
The Service integrates with third-party providers and sources. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information it surfaces will be complete or accurate. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ready is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
